Being human has its ups and downs, its joys and sorrows, its blessings and challenges. I support people to improve the skills needed to navigate life with greater balance and ease, as well as to heal the wounds and habitual patterns that trap us in suffering. This healing process creates opportunities for insight, growth, and positive change.
My approach to the healing process is holistic and body-centered. I specialize in stress management, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship and communication issues, life challenges and transitions, as well as journeys of self-discovery.
